All About Flat Tyres: Family Fun Workshop

Join us this October school holiday for a hands-on family workshop all about repairing flat tires. Learn how to remove a tyre, find a puncture, repair or replace an inner tube, and put everything back together. With guidance and time to practise, you’ll build skills and confidence to keep your family rolling. Then test your new skills in our one-minute tyre-changing challenge! How much can you do before the timer runs out? Make a day of it! Bring snacks or a picnic and enjoy the seating overlooking the river. Members can also borrow a bike and enjoy a self-guided family ride along the river, subject to bike availability. No experience needed—just bring curiosity and a willingness to have a go. Tools and practice wheels provided. Location: Parramatta Bike Hub Cost: Free for members Ages: Suitable for ages 10 and older. Children participate with a parent or carer. Bookings, Reschedules & Refunds (Addventageous Bike Community) No refunds for change of mind. You can reschedule for any reason with 24+ hours’ notice (subject to availability). Requests within 24 hours may be approved only for extenuating circumstances. Late cancellations/no-shows aren’t refundable and may not be credited. For safety, we may modify or cancel sessions due to weather or other conditions. If we cancel, you may reschedule or receive a credit. Australian Consumer Law applies.
