Family After-School Riding

Join our 6-week after-school program and build the skills to ride safely and confidently as a family. Each Monday from 3:15pm to 4:15pm (3rd November – 8th December), parents and kids come together for a practical hour of riding, learning, and building confidence on two wheels. Across the six weeks, families will develop defensive riding skills, learn how to manage everyday hazards, and practise riding as a team. Parents ride alongside their children, showing them how easy and enjoyable active travel to school can be. Loan bikes and helmets are available for both adults and children if needed. Team riding skills: Families practise riding together and supporting each other. Active travel habits: Encourages walking and cycling to school and around the community. Health & wellbeing: Promotes physical activity and outdoor fun for the whole family. Independence & life skills: Children gain confidence navigating everyday cycling situations. We have 16 free places available on the program. Bookings are limited to a maximum of three participants per family, and must include at least one parent. Register now to secure your place!
