Choose the membership that matches your ride. For $95 per year, the Community Membership gives you access to bikes, tools and a supportive cycling community. For $75 per year, the Bike Membership keeps you rolling with maintenance handled. Already have a bike? The $75 Tools Membership gives you the gear to maintain it with confidence. However you ride, we’ll keep you moving.

Reserving a Bike

To make a booking, visit the Inventory page, select the item you’d like, choose your loan dates and pick-up time, then head to your cart and submit your reservation. Your item is only secured once the cart has been submitted, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once your booking is successful.

Pick-up is from Parramatta Bike Hub, with collections available on Saturdays between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm.

If you reserve items not included in your membership, any additional hire fees will be payable at pick-up. Members receive discounted hire rates.

If an item is returned late or damaged by a previous loaner, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative or reschedule your pick-up.portant to us.

Important Information

The maximum loan period is six months, allowing us to carry out regular safety inspections on all items.

Preferred return times are Saturday or Thursday between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm.

Late fees are $5 per day, per item, and apply if items are not returned by the due date. If you need an extension or are unable to return your items on time, please contact us at least 24 hours before the due date to avoid late fees.

We ask all members to treat each item with care, return it clean and in the same condition it was issued, and report any damage or loss as soon as possible. Repair or replacement fees may apply for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
