Membership Options
All memberships are valid for 12 months and can be renewed at any time.
How to Join (Step by Step)

Membership packages and pricing are available via our online system.
Step 1
Create an account online with MyTurn (our service provider).
Step 2
You’ll be directed to our Membership Packages page.
You’re welcome to explore our inventory first if you like.

Account → Membership → Membership Options
Step 3
Select the membership package that’s right for you.
Step 4
Read and accept the terms and conditions of your selected membership.
Step 5
Purchase your membership via checkout.
Step 6
You’re good to go!
You can now reserve bikes and equipment through the inventory page.
🔁 Membership Renewal
All memberships are valid for 12 months.
To renew:
Account → Membership → Renewal Now
You can renew at any time.
How to Reserve

Visit the Inventory page

Select the item you want

Choose your loan dates and pick-up time

Go to your cart and submit your reservation
⚠️ Important:
If you don’t submit your cart, the item is not reserved.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your reservation is successful.

Pick-Up Information
-Pick-up location: Parramatta Bike Hub
-Pick-up times: Saturdays between 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
If you’ve reserved items not included in your membership, any additional hire fees will be payable at pick-up (members receive discounted hire rates).
Please Note
If an item is returned late or damaged by a previous loaner, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative or reschedule your pick-up.
Thank you for your patience — safety checks are important to us.
All items are inspected upon return.

Maximum loan period: 6 months
(This ensures regular safety inspections for all items.) -
Preferred return time:
Saturday between 10:00 am – 2:00 pm and Thursday between 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
Loan Period & Returns
Late Fees, Lost or Damaged Items

Late fees: $5 per day, per item

Fees apply if items are not returned by the due date
If you need an extension or can’t return items on time, please contact us at least 24 hours before the due date to avoid fees.
We ask all members to:

Respect each item

Return items clean and in the same condition issued

Report any damage or loss as soon as possible
Repair or replacement fees may apply for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
