I am in good physical helth and have no mediacla complaint , impairment or ailment which would effect the safe operation and riding of a bicycle

I accept the fact that riding a bike carries a degree of risk of injury and agree to enter this program at my own risk

I accept the responsibility for riding a bicycle in a manner appropriate to the road and wet weather conditions

I agree riders to wear a National Standard helmet and other protective clothing during the ride

I know / am willing to learn relevant road rules and will practice safe cycling

I know / am willing to learn how to operate a multi-speed bike.

I accept responsibility of for any hire equipment provided to me during the hire period and will pay for any damages or theft of hire equipment

I agree that I am responsible for personnal accident insurance ambulance cover and medical costs not covered by Addventageous insurance

Media Release: I agree to allow the participants name , photograph video audio recordings multimedia or fil likeness to be used in the media and by Addventageous for the purpose of promoting active outdoor recreation and transport.
